Anyone in the Galleria must be wearing a mask before entry! Do not book an appointment if you are sick or show symptoms of COVID-19.
Please do your best to contact me with your desired set before your arrival, this will help me block off enough time for the set that you want and give you an accurate price estimate before your appointment.
I ONLY USE ACRYLIC for my base, gel is only used for designs
FILL INS/SOAK OFFS
If you have a previous set on at the time of arrival, you must book accordingly (read descriptions in booking options). Failure to do so will result in either an extra service fee or a refusal of service.
To book an appointment I require a $15 non-refundable deposit that WILL go towards your total for that specific slot.
I accept debit/credit through my booking site at the time of checkout. Contact me if you wish to pay with a different form of deposit payment.
You will pay the remainder of your balance through cash, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle.
I give a 15 minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes later than your appointment time will result in a late fee of $20, or possibly a refusal of service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 HOURS PRIOR to the scheduled appointment. You can cancel your appointment through the "CONTACT" tab, Instagram DM, or email.
CANCELLATIONS BY ME
If for any reason I need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment, I will contact you directly. I will either refund you your deposit or create a rescheduled appointment
If you do not arrive at your appointment, you will have to pay a cancellation fee of $20 during the time of your next appointment. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
If not compliant with my policies, I have the right to turn away clients at my own discretion
